Love for my Juliet

While my face reflect it 

my heart is downcast.

For 

the love of my life

is sick

and her absence 

is like a gaping wound

filled with worry 

and longing

For of longing 

to see her radiant 

face again.

And 

of worry

for her health

and 

of the desire 

to be with her

and make her feel better.

By attending to her every need

be it meals in bed

or watch her breath

as she sleeps.

For

the Son of Man 

once said

            "For of love have 

             no greater man than this

             that a man

             may lay down his life 

             for his friends."

How much more so

then for 

my dearly beloved?!

if I could
I would do the same

For there is no greater 

love than that of Christ

and

the love 

that I have

for my beloved Juliet. <3
